BDC Center Associate Salary: $18.00 to $35.00 hourly Stoops Buick GMC of Muncie is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as an A-Team Member. No automotive experience is required; the successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and development. An A-Team Member is the voice of our dealership and creates the first impression for prospective buyers. The role involves making 200‑250 outbound phone calls daily, setting appointments for our Solution Specialists, and fostering new relationships. The A-Team Member does not close sales but is responsible for initiating positive dialogue and providing helpful information. Responsibilities Make 200‑250 outbound calls per day to prospective car buyers. Set appointments for Solution Specialists. Maintain a positive, ethical, and proactive approach to conversation. Follow up on calls and update CRM records. Qualifications Experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or marketing. Ability to ask tough questions and overcome objections. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self‑motivated with a drive to achieve productivity goals. Comfortable using a computer and CRM systems. Career‑oriented mindset and desire for personal and professional growth. Strong work ethic, professional manner, and positive attitude.
