Talent Operations Specialist — Oracle HRIS & Onboarding
Compass International Holdings
Compass International Holdings seeks a Talent Operations Specialist to join our Madison, NJ hub. You will own Oracle-based HRIS workflows, support Talent Acquisition, and drive a clean onboarding experience for new hires. Responsibilities include requisition setup, data updates, system testing, and compliance with background checks and Form I-9 rules.
