What You’ll Do:

Every day is a chance to make an impact. You will:

Provide high-quality care and education for children ages 6 weeks through 3 years
Follow all Pennsylvania state licensing regulations and Early Head Start Performance Standards
Complete required home visits with enrolled families
Attend all required trainings and professional development opportunities,
Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members while maintaining required documentation.

Who You Are

Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Required)
An Associates or Bachelor's degree in ECE or a relative field (Required)
EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification

Experience in a childcare setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and passion for working with children
Ability to pass background and health requirements
