We’re searching for a dedicated Lead Cashier to help us create a welcoming environment and keep our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Lead Cashier, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Lead by example : Provide excellent customer service while assisting and mentoring other cashiers.
• Handle transactions : Accurately process orders, payments, and refunds at the register.
• Maintain efficiency : Ensure smooth service during busy times by coordinating with the team.
• Keep things organized : Monitor cash drawer balances and maintain a clean and orderly front-of-house area.
• Problem-solving : Address customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and a smile.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills : Ability to guide and support team members while fostering a positive work atmosphere.
