Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting
• Float to additional units as needed, including NICU, CV PICU, ED, Stepdown, and Medical/Surgical, with appropriate assignments provided in each area
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in compliance with facility policies and float expectations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes across multiple care environments

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio State RN license or valid Compact RN license – must be in hand prior to start
• Minimum of 2 years of PICU experience (first-time travelers considered with closer to 3 years of experience)
• Recent Level 1 facility experience required
• Willingness and ability to float to various units per facility expectations
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility (no local candidates)
• 2 supervisory references required at time of submittal, with at least one reference holding a manager or supervisor title

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in NICU, CV PICU, Emergency Department, or Stepdown units
• Prior travel nursing experience in a pediatric or critical care environment
