Meta Sales Specialist

Job Type: Regular Work. Location: Best Buy 502 - Smyrna, GA 30080. Overview: 2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part‑time Sales Specialists! Pay: $19.60 per hour. Schedule: 20 hours Friday to Sunday (Friday 4:00pm–8:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00am–7:00pm). Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. About the Role In this exciting role, you will work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Meta products to meet their unique needs, provide information on Meta’s products, and ensure an interactive, informative, and prosperous shopping experience. You will train retail associates on new AI apps and tools and maintain a technology‑first mindset. Responsibilities Recommend and demonstrate Meta AR/VR headsets, accessories, and related products to customers. Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending suitable Meta products. Represent Meta and 2020 Companies professionally, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Keep Meta displays clean, organized, and visually appealing. Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically and submit daily reports using a mobile device. Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, sharing knowledge and contributing to a productive work environment. Respect local store hierarchies and operational policies while representing 2020 Companies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of six months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing. Interest in AV and VR products is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment. Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts. Own a smartphone compatible with iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 operating systems. Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, grab, and lift up to 20lbs occasionally.
