Are you a confident leader who knows how to motivate a team, deliver results, and keep the energy strong—even during the morning rush? We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Restaurant Manager who can lead from the front and create a restaurant where employees and guests feel welcome.
Schedule Commitment
- Five-day workweek
- Minimum of 45 hours per week
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
What You'll Own
- Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and motivate a winning team
- Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service
- Maintain Dunkin' brand standards for food quality, beverage accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Manage labor, food cost, inventory, cash controls, and restaurant profitability
- Improve drive-thru speed and order accuracy
- Keep the restaurant inspection-ready and EcoSure-ready every day
- Maintain proper staffing and ensure shifts run smoothly
- Address employee and guest concerns professionally
- Create a positive, accountable, team-first culture
- Lead by example—because great managers don't just give directions; they set the pace

- Previous restaurant management or strong leadership experience
- High energy, excellent communication, and a solutions-first mindset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Confidence coaching employees and holding the team accountable
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Commitment to Dunkin' operational standards and exceptional guest service
