Strategic HR Leader: Employee Relations & Talent Development

Virginia Peninsula Community College (VPCC) is seeking a Manager, Employee Relations & Talent Development to lead employee relations, investigations, policy compliance, and training initiatives. This role supports the Office of Human Resources in developing a high-performing workforce across VPCC. The position will oversee grievance processes, EEOC responses, and organizational development efforts, with some evenings/weekends as needed.
