What youll do

If you have the experience we are looking for, you already know what this role demands and a vision for your own success but heres our own list of where your energy goes:

• Lead the sales team with clear goals, genuine coaching, and the kind of accountability that elevates performance rather than just measuring it
• Shape and refine the sales process from first contact to closing and own it as the business grows
• Personally prospect and close your own buyer relationships, including international clients and investor buyers who require consultative, high-trust selling
• Develop referral and partner relationships with realtors, brokers, and investor networks
• Work alongside marketing, construction, and leadership to make sure the buyer experience reflects the quality of the product
• Help shape the team as the company grows hiring, developing, and retaining Lifestyle Consultants who represent Zenodro the right way
• Represent the brand with confidence in client meetings, community events, and market activity that keeps Zenodro visible and credible

What were looking for

We are looking for someone with a track record of leading teams and closing high-value transactions. The specific background matters less than the track record: a natural relationship builder, a confident closer, a genuine developer of people, and someone who is motivated by growth their own and the companys.

• Sales experience in luxury or new home sales, vacation or resort real estate, or another high-consideration consultative sales environment
• A record of improving team performance not just personal production
• Experience closing international buyers, particularly Latin American and families, is a meaningful advantage
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese required given our buyer base
• An existing network of realtors, brokers, or investor referral contacts that can be activated quickly
• Active Florida Real Estate Broker License or ability to obtain within 120 days (Required to transfer to Zenodro on start date)
• The kind of emotional intelligence that builds trust quickly across cultures, across buyer types, and across a team
