We are a General dental office looking for an experienced front desk person. The ideal candidate must be a self starter and a team player friendly, personable, and reliable. Responsibilities checking in and greeting patients in a courteous and warm manner managing/booking a productive daily schedule collecting deductibles, copays and outstanding balances verifying insurance and breakdowns of dental benefits and entering in Dentrix checking and managing insurance benefits, Pre-authorization, Treatment plan & Billing Qualifications Associate’s Degree or from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to provide high-quality patient care The ideal candidate must be highly organized, have excellent customer service and communication skills in person and on the phone.
