Role Overview Sodexo InReach is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our growing team in Columbus, OH . As the frontline operations leader for a dynamic new technology campus account, you will be the connective tissue between warehouse, drivers, and site leadership — keeping the team moving, product flowing, and clients delighted. Typical time will be 12:00 am- 8:00 am* Comprehensive Benefits from Day 1 — Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with Company Match Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,000 Annually Ongoing Training and Career Development Opportunities What You'll Do Direct daily warehouse and route driver operations, ensuring accurate product breakdown, loading, and on-time delivery across client sites Manage driver scheduling, vacation coverage, and onboarding and training for new route personnel Review End-of-Day (EOD) reports and follow up with the team to close gaps and maintain accountability Ensure fleet vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and compliant with company and client standards Serve as the primary communication hub between drivers, warehouse staff, and General Manager — keeping everyone aligned and informed Support on-site pantry service operations, ensuring consistent product availability and high-quality experience for client employees What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
