Position CNC Lathe Operator Job Location New Berlin, WI Starting Date Immediate Employment Term Temp-to-Hire Employment Type Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts! Starting Pay Depends on Experience and Shift, $22-$36/hr Benefits Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education High School Diploma/GED, Associate's Degree, or certification Required Experience At least 2-5 years of experience Responsibilities - Set up and operate CNC lathes and turning centers (2- and 3-axis) -Interpret and work directly from engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T callouts, and manufacturing specifications -Load and verify CNC programs; perform offsets and tool path adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy. -Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and work holding devices for each job setup. - Perform in-process inspection using precision measurement instruments (micrometers, calipers, hard gauges, etc) - Complete work orders, traveler documentation, and production reporting accurately and on time. Qualifications - High School Diploma/GED, Associate's Degree, or certification is preferred -2-5 years of hands-on machining experience -Ability/proficiency in reading blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and work orders -Experience with CNC controls and measurement tools -Strong attention to detail and consistency in quality of work Please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io.
