Glowbar is seeking a Studio Manager to lead a Glowbar location in New York, owning the team, client experience, and business results. You’ll oversee the front desk, drive membership and product sales, and ensure a culture that motivates staff and delights clients. You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team, monitor performance metrics, and manage labor and expenses with an owner’s mindset.
