Job Description We are seeking an Event Assistant to support the planning, preparation, and execution of company events and promotional activities. This role provides hands‑on assistance before, during, and after events to help ensure each program is organized and runs smoothly. The Event Assistant will work closely with the events and marketing teams to coordinate materials, support event logistics, and assist with on‑site activities. This position is a good fit for someone who is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working in an active, team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and coordination of events and promotional activities Organize event materials, supplies, and promotional resources Support event setup and breakdown Help coordinate schedules, event details, and day‑of logistics Assist team members with on‑site event activities Provide information and assistance to customers and event attendees Help ensure event areas remain organized, professional, and properly supplied Maintain accurate information regarding event activities and materials Communicate event updates and logistical needs to team members Assist with tracking participation, feedback, and other event information Coordinate with marketing and operations teams before and during events Help prepare materials and resources for upcoming programs Support post‑event organization and follow‑up activities Assist with additional event and marketing projects as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant professional experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a customer‑facing environment Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast‑paced event environment Previous experience in events, hospitality, marketing, promotions, customer service, or a related area is preferred Comprehensive training and ongoing support Hands‑on event and marketing experience Collaborative and team‑oriented work environment Exposure to event planning, coordination, and execution Opportunities to develop organizational and communication skills Opportunities for continued growth and increased responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
