For more information about Draper, visit Job Description Summary We're looking for detailed and experienced Technicians to join our electronics assembly team, supporting the building of advanced hardware in cleanroom/lab environment. Our Technicians work with engineers, building the kind of hardware that makes a difference. From hand soldering components to wire bonding in semiconductor assemblies, you'll bring big ideas to life. Assemble electronics for semiconductor systems, CCA and wire cabling/harnessing Perform hand soldering, wire bonding, and other work in cleanroom/lab environment Operate tools and equipment including basic maintenance and calibration Job Description Performs cleaning, maintenance, and or calibration of laboratory and equipment with limited supervision. Operates complex equipment in the production of hardware using complex manual skills with training and limited supervision.. Documents their work consistent with work unit policy with limited supervision. Performs focused training to enable progression into higher skilled positions at the discretion of the supervisor. Other temporary assignments at the discretion of the supervisor. Skills/Abilities Able to communicate written and verbally. Able to use Microsoft office applications. Able to perform manual labor and operate automated and semi-automated equipment. Education Graduate from a 2 year technical school or applicable years of experience. Experience Either two years of applicable technical education and two years of applicable experience or four years of applicable experience meets the minimum requirement.
