We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our Production team and contribute their skills to help with various production tasks that are vital to the efficiency of the team. This position will require working Monday through Thursday 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

KEY JOB DUTIES:

• Check restrooms, break rooms, offices, facility, and grounds to maintain in a clean state through trash removal, machine and manual cleaning using brooms, vacuums, brushes, towels, mops, power washer, leaf blower, etc.
• Reports any pest related findings, issues or concerns to the lead supervisor for proper documentation. 
• Performs Master Cleaning Schedule tasks as assigned in all 3 buildings. 
• Performs weekly and monthly cleaning tasks as specified on Redzone check or cleaning forms. Follows good documentation practices when completing forms. (GDP’s) 
• Ensure all towels, paper supplies, hand sanitizer, soap, hair nets, beard nets, booties, etc. are well stocked.
• Follows all zone and color code cleaning requirements. 
• Clean and sanitize parts with the use of cleansers and sanitizers through machine and manual cleaning with the use of a dish machine, sonic cleaner, brushes, etc.
• Ability to maintain a fast pace. Ability to be detail oriented. Ability to adapt and pivot when facing priority changes during the shift. 
• Ability to work with all other departments to ensure proper production flow and order fulfillment. 
• Fill in for other sanitation staff during absences and vacations. Ability to adapt to quick changes of schedule when necessary.
• Monitor, fill, and label containers of cleaning supplies. Report on cleaning chemical and supplies when stock is running low. 
• Must be willing to help as a team-player where needed on non-sanitation tasks and special projects. 
• Must be physically able to do continuous bending, reaching, and kneeling. Able to lift 50 lbs. and setup and operate cleaning machinery, if necessary. 
• Participate in the Redzone system and fill checks in it as needed.
• Possess excellent people skills with the ability to get along with a different mix of personalities. 
• Be attentive to detail, have excellent follow-through, and pride in workmanship. 

COMPANY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to read, write, and converse in the English language. 
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen. 
• Must be able to work in a variety of conditions: noise, dust, heavy lifting, repetitive motion, standing for long periods of time. 
• Must be able to recognize audible hazards. 
• Follow GMP, PPE, and company safety policies in performance of job duties. 
• Maintain good attendance. 
• Perform other projects / duties as assigned.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• One- or Two more-years’ of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred put not needed.
• High school diploma or GED required.
