$16.47 per hour

What You'll Do

As a House Manager, you'll guide the daily operations of the home while teaching and supporting individuals in essential life skills. Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring HTS shift coverage and smooth home operations
Managing schedules for shopping, medical appointments, errands, and activities
Completing monthly documentation and reports
Assisting and teaching personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, safety)
Teaching life skills and household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and budgeting
Supporting use of communication devices and technology
Helping individuals manage medications and personal finances
Planning transportation and accompanying individuals to appointments
Encouraging community participation, hobbies, exercise, and social engagement
