Strategic HR Compliance Lead (Employment Law)

Transportation Insight is seeking a senior HR Compliance professional to lead regulatory compliance across the organization. You will partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to evaluate, prioritize, and mitigate employment compliance matters, improving risk identification and mitigation. You'll design programs for federal, state, and local requirements (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, FCRA), develop and update HR policies, and train managers on employment regulations.
