Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager who knows Sales Systems , Prospecting , B2B Presentations , Closing , Coaching And AI LLM Training . You will be working with our sales team and programmers to help develop our CRM, AI training , Lead generation and Closing process .
We already have many tools , Dial Pad , for calls / AI coaching , Clarity Soft , CRM , an AI powered internal sales tool , What we need is someone to complete the development and to put this into full operation . This is a combination hybrid position that requires B2B sales systems , organization ,management , and the ability to integrate with all the AI tools availableWe are an established B2B businesses generating company with thousands of small businesses in SE Michigan
