Senior Manager of Product & Program Management

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Product & Program Management to lead strategic initiatives that redefine how enterprise software is planned, built, and delivered through the power of Agentic AI. This role will drive the convergence of Product Portfolio Management (PPM/SPM), Agile Planning, AI-enabled Product Management, Engineering, DevOps, and R&D Operations into a unified operating model. What You Will Do Lead AI-Powered Product & Portfolio Transformation Drive AI-assisted business case generation, roadmap planning, portfolio prioritization, investment planning, and executive decision support Lead initiatives that transform traditional project management into AI-enabled autonomous workflows Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate combines deep program leadership expertise with a strong engineering mindset and has successfully led enterprise-scale transformation initiatives involving Agile, DevOps, AI, and software portfolio management.
