Job Description & Requirements

Requirements:
• 1.5–2 years of MedSurg/Stepdown experience
• Recent experience: must have worked in specialty within the last 12 consecutive months
• Experience in Level 1 Trauma centers and large facilities required
• Must live 50+ miles from facility (no local candidates)

• Guaranteed Pay: Paid even if shifts are canceled due to low census (ask recruiter for details)
• Premium Overtime: Earn 2x hourly rate for overtime on eligible travel assignments
