Hybrid Telehealth role that allows for more flexibility to work from home 75% of the time. Reimbursement provided for travel costs such as flight, hotel, meals, etc. Earn up to $18,000 annually for bonuses, paid quarterly. Professional Development & Support 20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays. Qualifications Required: Must travel at least 25% monthly – one week per month to provide in-person supervision. Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field. Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines. Required: Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure; reimbursement provided. Required: Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable. Required: Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA. Preferred: 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience. Preferred: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children. Desired Traits: Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player.
