About the Position

Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights – 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and care for patients requiring continuous cardiac telemetry monitoring in a long-term acute care setting
• Administer intravenous medications and fluids in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Assess, document, and respond to changes in patient condition throughout the shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Respond to cardiac and other clinical emergencies in accordance with ACLS protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current ACLS certification
• Demonstrated telemetry nursing experience
• Proficient IV insertion and management skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term acute care or step-down unit environment
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
