Scrum Master

Location: Johnston/Rhode Island (Hybrid 3 days) Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear requirements and acceptance criteria. Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Promote Agile best practices and foster a collaborative team environment. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Manage stakeholder communications and set clear expectations regarding deliverables and timelines. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.
