Job Details:

• Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: State license in Oklahoma; at least 2 years of psychiatric experience; certifications include Basic Life Support (AHA); relevant work history; candidates must have a valid Oklahoma license.
• Preferred Qualifications: Recent traveler experience; de-escalation training; certifications such as NIH; experience training LPNs and mental health technicians; experience contributing to patient treatment plans; experience participating in PIC or similar teams.
• Additional Information: No on-call responsibilities; weekend shifts as needed; facility considers local candidates at a reduced rate. Candidates should demonstrate competency in patient observation, de-escalation techniques, and medication education; must maintain Therapeutic Options certification.
• Note: This role requires active participation in educational and team activities, and training of clinical staff as needed.
