- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Client Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
- Work with CRM entities, relationships, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and other Dynamics 365 components.
- Understand and implement CRM data models and business processes based on functional requirements.
- Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external applications.
- Leverage Client Azure services for cloud-native integrations and CRM solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver CRM solutions.
- Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Follow development standards and best practices for Dynamics 365 and Azure-based solutions.
- Client Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE)
- Strong understanding of CRM Data Model and business processes
- Experience developing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Strong understanding of CRM entities, relationships, workflows, and configurations
- Experience with CRM integrations and data exchange
- Good understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise application integration
Preferred Skills
- Client Azure services
- Azure-based/cloud-native integrations
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services
- Knowledge of modern CRM integration patterns and architecture
- B.Tech Degree
- 6-8+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Client Dynamics 365 CRM / CE
- Experience working with enterprise CRM implementations and integrations
