premium wildfire roof sprinkler systems designed to help homeowners better protect their homes from wildfire exposure. We work with homeowners, contractors, and real estate professionals to deliver high-quality wildfire protection systems with an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and operationally minded Project Manager. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our office operations and field execution - coordinating installations, supporting our field crews, and ensuring our customers receive a premium experience.

Position Overview

The Project & Field Operations Manager will support projects from the moment a contract is signed through to final installation and customer sign-off. This hands-on role balances administrative coordination with regular field visits to inspect work, support crews, and ensure projects meet our quality standards. You must be comfortable operating in active residential construction environments and working directly with installers and subcontractors.

As you master our systems and our company grows, this role offers a direct pathway to expanded management responsibilities and leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Operations Coordination

• Track Timelines : Manage project workflows from customer onboarding through final completion, ensuring milestones are met.
• Scheduling : Coordinate day-to-day schedules between homeowners, installation crews, and vendors.
• Permits & Documentation : Maintain accurate digital project records, log updates in our CRM, and assist with tracking permits and inspection schedules.
• Logistics Support : Ensure field crews are properly equipped with the necessary materials and logistics data before heading to a job site.

Field Support & Quality Control

• Site Visits : Travel to active job sites regularly to verify project progress and maintain safety standards.
• Quality Inspections : Inspect installation workmanship (plumbing and electrical components) against company checklists to catch and fix issues early.
• Crew Relations : Serve as a reliable point of contact for field installers and subcontractors, helping them solve on-site challenges.
• Hiring & Training : Assist leadership with interviewing, onboarding, and training new installers as we grow.

Customer Experience & Communication

• Primary Contact : Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, guiding them through the installation process.
• Updates : Provide proactive, professional updates regarding schedules, expectations, and project completion.
• Issue Resolution : Handle customer questions or scheduling changes with a service-oriented mindset.

Compensation

Total Compensation : $70,000-$110,000+ annually

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, field operations, assistant construction management, or specialty contracting.
• Basic working knowledge of residential construction, residential plumbing, or electrical layouts.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain basic construction scopes or installation plans.
• Stellar organizational skills with the ability to track multiple moving parts simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel to regional job sites.

Technology Requirements

• High tech-literacy; comfortable using digital scheduling tools and communication platforms daily
• Experience with (or quick ability to learn) CRM and project management software.
• Readiness to learn and adapt to smart-home system automation technologies used in our product lines.

Preferred (But Not Required) Experience

• Background in speciality trades (e.g., plumbing, roofing, HVAC, solar, fire protection).
• Experience interacting directly with municipal inspectors or tracking permits.
• Bilingual in Spanish
