About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to expand its customer base, develop new revenue opportunities, and support long-term business growth. The role leads the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through presentations, negotiations, and closing, while exploring new markets and cultivating partnerships. Working closely with senior leadership, the Vice President will help shape growth priorities and contribute insights on market positioning, customer engagement, and business development. The role also involves using customer feedback and competitive intelligence to inform commercial recommendations and establishing effective sales practices. Candidates should bring a strong industry network, a record of meeting business development goals, winning new accounts, and generating revenue, along with proven full-cycle sales experience. Experience in a startup, early-stage, or entrepreneurial environment is important, as is the ability to work resourcefully and adapt to changing needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and skilled at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and influencing business decisions. Practical experience with AI-enabled tools and modern sales technology is also required.
