Job Type: Regular Work Location: Market - META - CA - Los Angeles Central Overview: 2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-time Meta Sales Specialists for floating market coverage! Pay: $21.50 per hour Hours: 6 hours guaranteed per week, On-call coverage hours can vary weekly Availability Required: Friday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Location: Retailers within approximately a 30-mile radius of the market center Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts may be added for key customer shopping days Please note: Floaters have priority consideration for open positions within the market based on attendance, KPIs, and other attributing factors. Submit daily reports with ease using your mobile device Foster positive partner Field and Store relationships by adapting to local retail store environments, respecting established hierarchies, and adhering to all operational policies while representing 2020 companies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred An interest in AV and VR products is a plus Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations Thrive in a fast-paced team environment Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts required Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
