Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Data Warehouse Analysts to support enterprise data warehousing initiatives for a State of Florida project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data analysis, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions
Perform data analysis, data validation, and data quality checks
Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration
Write complex SQL queries for reporting and analysis
Support data modeling (star/snowflake schemas)
Monitor and improve data warehouse performance and efficiency
Collaborate with business teams to gather and translate data requirements
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance compliance

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in data warehousing / data analysis
Strong hands-on experience with SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS, Talend, or similar)
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts
Experience working with large datasets and enterprise systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Snowflake)
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Experience in government or public sector projects
