Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and emotional well-being, formulating evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities to facilitate client growth and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with departmental policies, including clinical notes and treatment progress.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to develop and implement integrated treatment plans.
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support to clients in distress and facilitating access to emergency resources.
• Regularly consult with families and support systems to ensure holistic care coordination and to enhance clients' treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position requires a compassionate approach towards a diverse client population, including individuals grappling with severe mental illnesses, those with dual diagnoses, and varying levels of emotional challenges. Our clients come from different backgrounds and life experiences, and maintaining cultural sensitivity and respect for their unique narratives is essential in fostering their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or an equivalent credential is essential.
• Proficiency in computer-based platforms and electronic medical records, including Microsoft Office Suite, is required.
• Ability to work independently while exercising strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous experience working in an outpatient mental health setting for a minimum of three years is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

An ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in various therapeutic techniques and modalities, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and experience in teletherapy delivery can also be advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster rapport with clients and team members are critical.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits that include:
