Responsibilities
- Administer outpatient infusion therapies, including chemotherapy, to adult and geriatric patients
- Monitor patient responses, vital signs, and manage infusion-related adverse events
- Prepare and administer medication using infusion devices, including Alaris pumps and elastomeric systems
- Verify orders and document care in the electronic medical record (EPIC); support medication dispensing via Omnicell; communicate through Ascom
- Assist with blood product administration and manage related patient safety considerations
- Collaborate with the care team, float to related units as needed, and maintain a fast-paced, patient-centered workflow

Requirements
- Current New York RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Chemotherapy (chemo) certification
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient infusion experience
- Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
- Proficient in EPIC, Omnicell, Ascom, and glucometer operation; familiarity with Alaris pumps and elastomeric pumps
- Ability to float to related units as needed; capacity to work in a fast-paced infusion setting
- Locality: 75-mile radius preferred for local rate consideration
