You'll be in charge of overseeing the property's overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, flooring and HVAC is required
• Must have, or be willing to get certified as a Certified Pool Operator
