Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer with extensive experience in software development across multiple technology stacks, including Java and NET.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TAS (Tanzu Application Service), OpenShift migration, and DevOps toolchains.
• This role is pivotal in driving our cloud transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless migration and integration of applications and enhancing our DevOps practices.
• The candidate must be hands-on to take on a challenging time sensitive migration of large portfolio of application components.

Responsibilities:

• Cloud Migration: Architect and execute the migration of applications to cloud platforms, specifically focusing on OpenShift and TAS.
• Develop migration strategies, assess application readiness and ensure minimal disruption during migration.
• DevOps Toolchain: Implement and manage DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Platform Integration: Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure seamless integration and post-migration support.
• Provide technical guidance and support to 11.
• Ensure successful deployment and operation of cloud-native applications.
• Team Enablement: Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills.The candidate will focus on enabling multi-stack application migration to Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) and migrating CI/CD pipelines, modernizing batch jobs.
