Compensation & Benefits
• $32.00-$51.00 per hour, depending on experience
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus with a two-year commitment

What You'll Do
• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients recovering from injury, surgery, illness, or physical disability.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate findings with the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Promote a culture of patient safety, quality care, and exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For
• Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Montana PTA license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Current BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
