About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to serve as the direct executive representative of the Board of Directors and to oversee the overall administration, leadership, management, and operation of the organization. The CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, ensuring the delivery of safe and high-quality patient care, and maintaining financial stability and operational excellence. This role requires the ability to lead with integrity, accountability, and transparency, and to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to advance the mission and vision of the organization. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) or equivalent certification. A minimum of 7-10 years' progressive senior leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred, with a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead organizational change and performance improvement initiatives. Experience in Critical Access Hospital operations and a proven track record in physician relations and organizational leadership are also highly valued.
