Unarmed Security Officer - Non-Profit Organization
Pay: $14/hrLocation: Houston, TX 77002 (Downtown Houston)
Schedule: Full-Time, Afternoon, 35 hours/week
- Monday: 1:00PM - 8:00AM
- Tuesday: 1:00PM - 8:00AM
- Wednesday: 1:00PM - 8:00PM
- Thursday: 1:00PM - 8:00PM
- Friday: 1:00PM - 8:00PM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the property.
- Monitor visitor and volunteer traffic entering the property
- Verify guest access and assist visitors with directions as needed
- Respond to employee, disturbances, and suspicious activity
- Assisting with events and crowd control when needed
- Conduct perimeter checks of parking areas, and common spaces
- Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
- Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence
- Active Level II Security License or the ability to obtain one
- Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts
- Weekly direct deposit paychecks
