Responsibilities

• Assess patients and residents to gather data, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
• Participate in nursing assessments and contribute to care planning.
• Oversee and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff members.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physicians.

Qualifications

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited vocational nursing program and currently hold or be in the process of obtaining licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse from the State Board of Nursing. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.

Salary

Posted Salary Range: USD $28.00 - USD $28.00 per hour.
