Warehouse AssociateCome grow with SIGMA Group as we expand our team!The Warehouse Associate will be part of the Inventory Improvement Team maintaining all inbound equipment into SIGMA's warehouse. This role will be responsible for initiating the beginning steps of getting equipment to its final destination in the existing SIGMA inventory (for sale/rent.) Coordination and collaboration with other members of the Inventory Improvement Team are key to the overall success of this role. Incentive plan included with this position.Duties/Responsibilities:Will work on a team to receive, clean, present, photograph, video, document and skid all inbound equipment within the SIGMA WarehouseEffectively communicate with all members of the inventory improvement teamResponsible for the safe movement of equipment and associated paperwork from inbound trucks through the warehouse process of cataloging, cleaning, and photographing the equipment to its appropriate inventory warehouse locationWork closely with the warehouse team & logistics in all shipping and receiving tasks as necessary; loading and unloading trucksPossess a strong work ethic, great attention to detail and have previous experience in a warehousing or manufacturing operation along with an outstanding attendance recordPrior forklift experience is strongly preferredRequired to use hand tools, read manufacturer's manuals and drawingsAbility to use the computer to enter information and upload documents and photographs; can pick up systems knowledge easilyPossess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsPhysical/Travel Requirements:High school diploma is requiredValid driver's license required and have the physical ability to frequently lift over 50 poundsAbility to operate forkliftAbout Our Company:SIGMA Group is a successful, small company of just 150 employee-owners based in Evansville, Indiana.
