In this role, you will support students by promoting academic achievement, social‑emotional development, and overall well‑being through assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators, families, and support staff. Location: Onsite in Maricopa County, AZ (no remote options available) School Year: 2026–2027 Grade Level(s): Elementary Responsibilities Provide direct support services to students of all ages with mental health needs identified on their IEPs, including individual counseling, group sessions, and social skills development. Support the development and implementation of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Provide crisis support as needed within the school environment. Conduct evaluations in the social‑emotional domain and participate in IEP development and documentation. Deliver both direct and indirect services for students requiring interventions across teams at two elementary school buildings. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth and well‑being. Qualifications Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field Active School Psychologist certification via the Arizona Department of Education (ADE) Demonstrated experience providing school‑based counseling, evaluations, and behavioral interventions Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for supporting student success and emotional well‑being What We Offer Competitive pay and benefits package.
