The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals. Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability. Implement company policies and procedures consistently. Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase store profitability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. Prepare and manage store budgets and financial reports. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead and develop a team effectively. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
