Comprehensive Ophthalmologist with Glaucoma Focus or Glaucoma Specialist – Partnership Track as Early as 18 Months

EyeCare Associates of Texas, a well‑established multi‑specialty ophthalmology practice in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex, is seeking a comprehensive ophthalmologist with a strong glaucoma focus or a glaucoma specialist to join our growing and highly respected team. The position offers a partnership track as early as 18 months and opportunities for ownership in ambulatory surgery centers.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Completion of an accredited ophthalmology residency program
• Fellowship training in glaucoma preferred, or comprehensive ophthalmologist with significant glaucoma experience and interest
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Ophthalmology
• Texas medical license preferred or ability to obtain licensure
• Excellent clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient‑centered care
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
