Required Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in an outpatient/ambulatory medical setting• Phlebotomy and IV certified• CA LVN License• BLS (AHA or ARC only)• Flu vaccination (no exemptions/no declinations) - during flu season Recruiting Notes:• Position / Specialty: Outpatient LVN• First-timers accepted: Yes• Weekend REQ: No• On-call REQ?
