Responsibilities What you’ll do In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding service, uncover customer needs, recommend the right financial solutions, and support daily branch operations. You’ll also partner across the organization to deepen relationships and help grow the branch. Build relationships with new and existing customers through service and proactive outreach Identify customer needs and recommend deposit, lending, and other financial solutions Process teller and platform transactions accurately and efficiently Collaborate with Univest partners to create a seamless customer experience Support branch goals, compliance standards, and day-to-day operations Qualifications What you bring High school diploma or equivalent Experience in retail sales, banking, or a customer-facing environment Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to balance service and sales priorities Comfort using technology and Microsoft Office tools Previous banking experience and NMLS registration are a plus Wage Range The salary for this position starts at $25.00/hr Benefits At Univest, we believe great banking starts with strong relationships, within our teams, with our customers, and across the communities we serve.
