Assistant Office Manager

Job Title Momper Insulation Job Description Key Responsibilities: Invoice creation Prepare, review, and process customer invoices with accuracy. Work tickets & proposals Generate work tickets, proposals, and related documentation. Customer service Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide professional support. Accounting support Assist with daily accounting functions and recordkeeping. Payroll & attendance Support payroll processing, prevailing wage compliance, and attendance tracking. Human Resources Assist with HR documentation and administrative tasks. Office operations Filing, copying, preparing mailings, and general office upkeep. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skillswritten and verbal. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Outstanding customer service abilities. Minimum 2 years of accounting experience. Office management experience is a plus. Physical Demand: Light physical activity such as standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods. Lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally (e.g., moving office supplies, files, or mail packages). Repetitive motions including typing, filing, and handling paperwork.
