Certified Medication Aide
Location: Columbus, Nebraska
Department: Nursing
Reports to: DON
Position Type: Full-Time 6a-6p/6p-6a
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Administer medications as ordered by physicians, under the supervision of the Charge Nurse or designated supervisor
Monitor and record vital signs, medications, and treatments as required
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse or designated supervisor
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of medications, treatments, and resident care
Requirements:
Currently certified as a Medication Aide and Nurse Aide in the state of Nebraska
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
