Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member Part Time position located in Maumee, OH 43537. Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. Role Description Steve Decker's State Farm is searching for a competitive Telemarketer who can make phone calls and turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. The role may also involve assisting in day-to-day operations. Candidates should be energetic, goal-oriented, and able to make phone calls. Responsibilities Make phone calls, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs. Work with the agent to meet daily goals. Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to success each day. Work alongside the agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations. Qualifications Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Ability to effectively relate to a customer via phone calls.
