Base Pay Range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join their Human Resources team. This role will play a key part in administering employee benefit programs, managing leave processes, supporting Workday benefits operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in benefits administration, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, high‑performing financial services environment. Strong analytical, research, and auditing skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication, customer service, and presentation abilities. Ability to manage competing deadlines and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. The salary for this position is $70,000-$90,000/year. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
