Trailblazer Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Minimum Requirements: 2 years of experience in the job specialty, BLS certification, and any applicable state licensure or specialty certifications required for the role.

As an MS/Tele nurse, also known as a Medical Surgical Telemetry RN, you will provide care for patients requiring both general medical surgical support and cardiac monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor telemetry data and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Provide medical surgical nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Administer medications and coordinate treatment plans

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification and NIHSS often required
