Essential Responsibilities: The selected candidate will perform a variety of engineering assignments in planning and overseeing research, development, design, manufacture, test, installation, operation, and maintenance of electronic equipment and systems and generally as a member of a design, analysis or review team. Position Responsibilities: Perform a range of design development, analysis or review tasks under some supervision Support radiation testing of microelectronic components Design a portion or section of an analysis or design review. Generate sections of design specifications for more complex projects or complete specifications of less complex projects. Prepare, deliver and submit technical presentations for in-process design and review meetings. Direct interface and liaison with customers at all levels from quotation to final design and test activities, design reviews and technical working group meetings to comply with requirements and specifications. Verify and comply with engineering documentation standards and test procedures. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related scientific field, and at least 7 to 12 years of job-related experience or equivalent. Good communications and analytical skills; working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs. Ability to travel, as required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in modeling and simulation, experimental design, or testing of radiation-hardened electronics. Master’s degree in engineering, or related scientific field, and 13 + years of job-related experience or equivalent Experience with hardware security and trusted electronics issues. Experience with semiconductor fabrication tools and processes Active Secret Clearance Compensation & Benefits HIRING SALARY RANGE: $90K - $130K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
